Moving on..

18z NAE is rolling nicely.

Showing it north of us ( As I expected )

That's for midnight , yes? Surely it will pivot round and stay with us for a few hours in early hours

Ahh cool.

the 12z is taking it time to output..

Ok guys I think us lot in Glos. county and surrounding aread shouldn't be expecting more than 5cm now. As it is tilting it is losing intensity quite a bit. Plus it is further East which begs the question of whether it will even reach here...

Which radar u looking at? Seems to be intensifying ever so slightly. It'll be over Glos?/Bristol area around 2am at its current rate

Judging by the BBC ONE News i think Dorset must be the only place in nearly the whole world to not have any snow! and judging by the above charts that others have posted, we aren't going to get any tonight either! it goes around Dorset to the East, North and West!. Ah well, glad i went skiing a couple of years ago in the alps and got to see some proper snow! over 1 Meter!

Snowing lightly here now yahoo.gif and its settling pretty well everything has a good dusting on it now.

Looking at the radar it seems quite abit of precipitation is developing across Devon all of a sudden.

Jesus this is tense!

i know what you mean i think i have every radar up at the mo im trying to work out if its going to come across the BC or the other big bit of ppn from south wales across the BC it does seem to be moving in a very changeable way, every time i look it has moved in a different direction. And seem to fizzel out over land.

I keep reading about the main event, can someone explain what that is because i thought we had had it.. or have i had it and your waiting for it to arrive over you? i know i havent slept in 30h so prob just being really doppy plus NW keeps crashing so missing lots of post.. thanks

kaz x

So is the NAE 18Z rolling in an anti clockwise direction? and will it just keep rolling? If this is the case then surely most of Somerset and Devon is going to get a pasting as well?

Please excuse my ignorance, I am trying to learn. :drinks:
