Looking at the radar the heavier PPN is on its way pretty soon....... hopefully.

Im guessing it's only a matter of time now here with surrounding places all reporting freezing rain or sleet, currently still snowing here with a decent half cm covering on all surfaces.

The view from my city centre apartment suggests snow is about to start in Nottingham city ( had a few flurries but nothing of note as yet) as visibility has dropped out to the west and south west.

Hmmm I'm not sure how much I trust Raintoday in these situations. According to the radar Telford and Shrewsbury are being buried under snow, and yet the reports on here suggest otherwise.........

Well it's snowing moderatly here, I am surprised to hear of rain around telford area....

Like another member said, flakes arn't particaly big but it's giving a nice covering, looks wonderful outside.

yeah, your quite a bit further west than me. Im just south of Leics in Countesthorpe, latest radar literally has the PPN just touching my village. Hopefully within 30minutes I should be set.

Fakes now getting a lot bigger and snow now getting a lot heavier. Snow being whipped around a lot in a keen wind as well.
