Just jump in this thread and answer that.

Everyone raves about the NAE but in my opinion the GFS at this timeframe can outperform the NAE especially in these situations.

I totally agree with you.GFS is very good in giving ppn variant coverage forecasts

Just to add to this - if you have Pets that are the outdoors type make sure they're toasty warm or inside with enough food, warm bedding, unfrozen water etc - my neighbours always seem to lock their cat out when it snows every year!

And of course not forgetting the wildlife....I've just put some nuts and fat balls out for the birds

It looks good for eastern Kent - just too far west here. Obviously the streamer gets going as the wind has a northerly element to it which doesn't push the showers any further west
