Amazing !

This will do me for winter , all those near misses and heartache made up by events like this .

Any more days of snow will be a bonus for me .

Any news on sea level in Swansea , llanelli etc ?

On call and need to get to Penllergaer area , assuming the 483 is still open ?

Heavy, constant snow in Gaer, Newport. Coming down really quite thick, at 3.30 there was nothing, just rain and now the scene is transformed! This could be quite a day if it carries on for as long as it is forecast to. help.gif

Re the precipitation- looks like more echoes forming to the SW on the radar, so more to come- I hope.

Lot of snow here

fingers crossed it comes like it is here, and also hope it stalls as it does look like it could be through western areas within a hr on rain radar.

Lot of snow here

Good stuff!

Just too warm in Tenby town to settle- it is just up the hill though!

It's pretty wild out there! Best put the kettle on...

Woken up at 2am by rain hammering on the bedroom window. Woke up again at 6am and looks like wet snow - no great depth Front does not look it will stall over South Wales?. Looks like it will clear in an hour or so looking at radar.

SUFFERING SHORT POWER CUTS NOW - STRENGTH OF THE WIND AND THE WEIGHT OF THE SNOW ON THE LINES!

Morning Andy have a look at Radar is it me or does it look like this could finish very soon? if it did keep up until say 4 it be very very deep in the drifts as its only now starting to pile up.
