Well what a fantastic day today, lovely walk in deep snow with the missus, snowball fuights, nearly getting the car stuck in the carpark, and a lovely ruby delivered washed down with a few bevvies!!

This is once in every 10 years day to me as a snow lover!!

Sounds utterly perfect :-)

Hi everyone, mind if I join i. The fun, sitting here with my can of bud, glued to the radar, hoping that little blob currently over Sevenoaks continues its northern path without fizzling out, so it can drop a little bit more dandruff in my garden. :)

We probably have 0.5-0.75cm coverage now. Boom! Take that Surrey!

Really, I don't think i've got over a mm at the moment

Are you lost? Snowblindness maybe from the huge accumulations down here, or the reflection from the white stillettoes of the forthcoming Essex slapper?

Not doubting any type of streamer could set up, it is clearly and plainly seen on all the 3 main models, just not seeing anything significant in terms of Energy for Convective showers, the best time looks to be from 9am until 6pm tomorrow but just have a feeling the radar will look messy with light and dark blues and bit and pieces of snow and not the Fabled Sunshine and Snow Shower Streamer with those huge Cb's appearing just off the Estuary Coast and rattling their way WSW Or WNW Whatever the preference for people!

Still dandruff here, my postcode is SS9, You will see the heavier pulse around Shoeburyness and Wakering earlier (1cm) and also the Heavier Pulse through Chelmsford after it passed over me house.

Anyway Dandruff Rules!

Temp : 0.4c

Dewp : -5.1c

Wind ESE

Well I don't know if Dartford can claim some sort of record, but we had over 24 hours of continuous snow, depth les than 25mm probably nearer 20, that less than 2mm per hour. Still snowing and temp risen to highest today at -1.1c

Drinking a good old fashion 70/80's drink, a barcadi. And coke

Hello Mo, just be sure to keep all bottles of head and shoulders safely locked away :-)

Looks like Folkestone should just catch the edge of the rather pretty blob moving NNE in the channel...not been much there so far

Watching it closely! Still snowing light to moderate but not settling well because of the strong wind!!
