Blizzard conditions continuing here, there's going to be some massive drift's here later on, already 1m+ in places.

Still a thin slushy covering on the grass (I got my >50% lying at 09.00 stat!) but it's not amounting to much now as the rain continues to come down. Glad to read it's been much better for some. We'll see what today brings. :)

Yes PM things are bad enough already and its only been snowing for 10 hours so just cant think what another 24 hours will bring....power cuts could well happen if this continues as it is and with the roads this bad it could be a few days before anybody could get here. just glad we have plenty of coal and food to keep us going..... not seen it this bad up here for a long time.

Dodgy conditions for most for the rest of the day in terms of rain/snow but looks like a fair bit of snow for all tonight.

my self i'm not too sure regarding this evening and the depth of settleting snow here. After heavy snow all night we got crappy slush to show for it.

It's turned back from rain to sleet here; surprising. I'm still expecting mostly rain today, at least during daylight hours.
