Just had a few raindrops falling from fairweather cloud overhead, must be just starting to develop!

As above, first Clouds of the day just starting to become visible. Banks of Accas streaming up from the South

Perfect in terms of conditions, firing off early enough for those in the immediate vicinity to capture structure whilst later on in the evening after sunset (and nocturnal cooling takes effect) those in the Midlands and further north get treated to a lightshow.

Much better signs across Kent in the last 15-20 minutes some lovely Ac and AcCas at times.

Very exciting 6:30pm forecast from Schafernaker too!!!

 - not meaning anything personal but have you read the forecasts and looked at the charts that people have put on here? Not everywhere will see something but its tonight and overnight that things are "forecast" to get going and yes as you said tomorrow.

I quite like the UKASF forecast, which seems to be relatively correct for today so far, with the north having a risk tonight of storm development.

A real rash of showers and thunderstorms now well to my south. They do look on route to hit me but they have a long way to come, having said that it may be a good thing as they can scoop up more of that heat and moisture on their trip
