3.3C this morning. I suspect that could be the lowest temperature for quite some time. Moderate rain the last hour, not nearly as much as I'd expected.

A dreadful, dreadful month.

Im heading back to Belfast on Thursday for 3 weeks....

basing off your comment, things can only get better. So we live in hope!

I was speaking to my sister who lives near Newtownards just moments ago, and she was saying they had a heavy hailstorm earlier....

Weather gods forget tomorrow is June 1. Obviously!

Hows its going folks. The weather is crap here today!! Looks like the warm and sunny weather that they have been chatting about for the past few weeks is downgrading on a daily basis which is no surprise at all. Latest Beeb forecast saying it will be short lived. Anyways its been a great Northern Lights season this year with with St Patricks night being one of the best but i also got the this photo below at the end of April. was well pleased. This was take at Tullagh Bay in Donegal.

Looking outside one would certainly not think it was June. Rain lashing againest the windows in the rather strong and blustery wind. Current temp,12.2c.

At least the next couple of weeks are looking mainly dry with the Azores High ridging in more often than not. Perhaps still chilly in the evening by very pleasant if the sun comes out during the day.

Beautiful day here today. Already 18 degrees and crystal clear blue skies.

Another great day here, blue skies and 19.6C after a minimum of 6.3C. If things were a little milder early in the night and we got a couple of thunderstorms, this would be perfect summer weather to me.

Warmest day of the year so far yesterday, with a minimum of 10.4C and max of 19.0C. It was also the first min of more than 10C.

The overnight low last night was 10.7C so a chance of a new highest minimum if the temp doesn't drop too quickly tonight. Max so far today of 17.4C, but only a little sunshine.

Grand "muggy" evening tonight. Even managed a family BBQ today. Shame the football team didn't chip in with the same spirit of happiness!

Yesterday was the first day to feel properly warm to me. Most other days this summer felt cool as soon as the breeze picked up, but the breeze yesterday was a warm one, and gave the warmest day of the year here so far, and potentially another warmest minimum today (13.7C the low so far today).
