Im with you Fromey. Still no cold yet.

 

I say it all the time......its just not cold enough for snow. Looking at the forecast temps on face value, 4-6 is not wetting the appetite.

 

Thursday saw some snow falling, Friday was supposed to be the warm up (which it was) and Saturday onwards the cool down....but doesn't look like cooling down much during the day, maybe just at night.

Morning JB, where I am there's nothing at all, not even a frost!!!! Looks like a light covering on the webcam, but remember that's not on the tors, so might be worth a trip.

Well that was a surprise.. wake up to find ppn at my doorstep and with a cold northerly air mass and living so high I casually opened my door to find sleet!!?!!

Truly unbelievable!

Yup, rain here too now.

I used to spread my snow predictions far and wide, but after being laughed at so often, I went to just telling friends and family. The past couple of years it's just been the kids. This year it's just the cats and I'm not sure they look truly convinced!!

Just some sleety rain this morning here, very wet everywhere. I think my chances of seeing lying snow over the next few days are incredibly slim but falling snow seems more likely but not as likely as I thought a few days ago.

Got a dusting here in North Hampshire this morning - what a lovely surprise when I was least expecting it. First in 2 yrs I think. Well at least we have now had some snow this winter - not much but hey!

Heavy rain now forecast here. 2 miles up up the road word is that it's snowmageddon. Think a drive is on order.

Rain in Costa del Poole. Dissapointed with the Nw Radar tbh. Sleet shown snd its rain. Is that blob of snow shown on the radar over the SE actually snow?

There was a little snow here at 4am but all gone now, currently raining. Looking from my upstairs window, I detect a dusting right at the top of Portsdown Hill (which is 100m above sea level).
