Lovely afternoon and evening yesterday, followed by a totally bobbins forecast for this morning. Got soaked earlier and it's still raining now.

Thick fog here until recently. Now lifted too St and mist.

Wasn't expecting it to be quite this bad today - drizzle until about 10am, just thick greyness since then. Feeling muggy as well so any sun that does come out should feel a lot warmer than of late.

Surprisingly yesterday was the warmest day for over 4 weeks, nudging up to 21c in the afternoon sunny spells and it was the first muggy/close feeling evening for ages.

I agree, Andy. It felt more like a early Summer evening in France here yesterday.

Struggling here at the moment to burn off the St but feels quite warm out.

Just a shade under 22°C here. Swanage independent station at 23°C

Quite a few independent stations are between 21°C and 23°C - favourable wind direction for it down here.

Hoping this cloud buggers off quickly as I don't want it to ruin the chances of today receiving 10/10, more to the point, I would prefer it warm and sunny for dinner on the patio this evening.

Overcast here this morning with just a hint of brightness and very little breeze.

22.3°C was the max here yesterday, didn't drop below 11°C overnight/morning either.

Currently sunny (milky) and 16.8°C

It will eventually cloud over, but i didn't expect the sunshine amounts we have had. The forecasts on Thursday & Friday painted a different picture altogether.

Very different day today - grey and breezy with drizzle in the air, 13.8C.

Highest official maximum in the UK yesterday was 21.2C at Hurn. 

 

 

Reached 20.4C at mine, supported by Exeter Airport reaching 20.7C. 

 

Warmest day of the month so it has thankfully broken the 20C barrier this month.
