Much better than yesterday, a very mild cloudy start temps above 12 degrees at 10am, but that was the peak, as the clouds shifted temps dropped when the sun came out, indicative of a change in airmass. A lovely afternoon and early evening with lots of pleasant sunshine and thankfully much lighter winds than yesterday.

 

Cold evening current temp 1.1 degrees, an air frost a very distinct possibility.

at about 3 pm on black Combe temperature dropped 2 or 3 degrees in 20 minuites on the top with the arrival of the clearance ...

After Saturday lovely spring day, its back down to earth with a

Bump, currently wet and cool/cold with temperature at 5c, some

10c cooler than Saturday. ..yuk

At least tomorrow looks like it's going to be a very decent day. Though cooler than Saturday, at least there will be little in the way of wind...

I can hear them loading the gritting lorries, they must be expecting something, presumably the temperature is due to fall and all this water freeze!!

Right can we bring this back onto the weather now please? As said before, there is a Banter thread in the Lounge if you want to talk about stuff like that, though I'm not sure even that would be entirely appropriate in there either...
