Yeah - Just had a second downpour, bringing the daily total to 5.7mm. That's 5.7mm more than I expected. :)

We've had very little rain today but there was this rainbow after one shower not long before sunset.

We may have had the lowest temperature for 17 days overnight (still only down to 6.2c though) but it's already well on the way to double figures for the 21st day this month!

Lovely clear and colourful sunrise, however the cloud base is now lowering and drizzle in the air along with an increasing wind.

Chillier this morning than of late although not cold in the general scheme of things, a few scattered showers first thing that blew through on a stiff wind which looks to have picked up.

A benign start with another fantastic sunrise, also chillier than of late with a minimum of 6C, so only a bit cooler than what one would expect during the day... all change now though with sheets of drizzle and a howling wind.

Yes great Halo tonight , very atmospheric whilst out with the dog earlier could hear the local tawny owls and a few deer up in the woods .

looks like another spell of rain is in coming ,would be nice for a long sunny spell with frost ,perhaps in the outlook but that seems to be changing every time i look at the charts ,take care all :snowman-emoji:

Blowing a hoolie again, stronger than yesterday. 6.1mm of rain yesterday.

Current: Temp:14°C - Hum: 86% - Bar: 1014.11hPa, Steady - Rain: 4.3mm - Wind: SW, Gusting 35mph >

Had a 45mph gust this morning, that equals my all time high- considering the station is at 4.5m and there's plenty of houses in the direction the wind is coming from, that's pretty good!

I've just recorded a 55mph gust! I can vouch for it, as an anemometer that is set a good meter below it, has recorded 43mph.
