Snowing again here

Temp is stuck at 1.7c.  In theory that should just about be ok.  Certainly feels more conducive out their now.

That is bizzarre that there is a SW to NE element in the precip. I'm hoping this really gets it going. Seems like the weather is doing whatever it likes!

The dew point is more important for snow.  Heavy precipitation will lower the temperature without a problem.

I can't point it out, but on 5 min radars, it's an area precip east of Liverpool, tracking east and north east.

We must be in some sort of stupid mild sector as its drip drip drip here too from the snow melting.

I have noted this myself, the "heavier" preciptation parts do seem to be moving to the east and north in the south on the radar. It does look bizarre.

Yes there's dripping here too but it's from the houses that are giving off heat. Away from buildings still crisp and powdery.
