Not the nicest of days today, the vile wind is back and there's a lot of cloud with a few light showers from time to time. Mild though which is good.

It's still cloudy here but the sun is finally shining through it and through small gaps.

Funnel cloud began growing close to my house this evening. Shame it fizzled so quickly, after about 5-10 minutes:

Edit: Don't know why I put this in this thread as I don't live in the southeast haha. Oh well, for your information nonetheless...

A mostly cloudy morning, a brighter afternoon with some showers which didn't hit Chatteris.

Taken from the 'summit' of Stave Hill an impressive 10m - offering some decent panoramic views of London, I thought it was going to belt it down but no - it's been a completely dry day. :D

been out with bubs as she got a new scooter and wanted to try it out.

That breeze is chilly:cold:

In fact the only time the breeze went was just before the 'thunderstorm that was' hit the other night then picked up before the rain started.

A MUCH better day here today. Sunny spells, mild, bit of a breeze but not annoyingly strong. Quite a lot of cloud bubbling up but in the sun it feels positively warm. Nice!

Been a nice day, looking quite convective out now, still dry at the moment.

Certainly a nice day today, mild and feels warm in the sunshine although the breeze is a little cool at times.

Some unsettled and cool weather to greet us through the week and foreseeable, but feeling pleasant when the sun comes out. Bog standard April affair if you ask me, dont quite understand the downbeat attitude in the MOD thread - What were they expecting? Days upon days of blue sky with pleasant/warm temps.. Its 5th April not mid-May.

A reasonable day here, dry with sunny spells and a fair amount of fair weather cloud.

A nice sunny and warm start to the day, but showers in the last half hour or so.
Currently very heavy pea sized hail.

Typical April weather - wrm in the sun, a little chilly in the shade and some rain showers on and off. Some nice clouds bubbling up

Can't grumble about today. Started off with some high patchy cloud that cleared to give a good spell of sunshine around mid-morning. Then the cumulus bubbled up and at times looked dark and threatening (but came to nothing). And now the cloud has melted away here and it's very pleasant. Reached 14.6C.

Interesting line of showers moving along the southern coastal counties and the cumulus nimbus responsible can be seen on the Cloud Satellite:

Large and threatening cumulus around today, with some sunny spells in between. No large showers here.

Had a shower a little while ago, another on the way, this one has a very small role cloud in front of it. Might get a pic if I can.
