I was just fretting about the 8°C temperature drop here in 4 hours this afternoon but then I noticed Biarritz drop from 42.9 to 22.4 in 2 hours this afternoon. Bit of a shock to the system there!

Can confirm we have had some torriential rain in the last 30 mins, no lightning or thunder though. Currently 12.8°C, so a dramatic drop from yesterday's 31.8°C max!

Currently 14°C, a couple of hefty showers in the last hour but now the sun has put in a brief appearance.  Not going to be for long though if the radar is correct.....

Morning All, a single digit overnight thanks to the cooler air, 9.4°C at: 01:25, currently 15.0°C, RH67% and light air movement of 3moh from the NW, with rain Inbound..however still dry right now.

As usual, it's beginning to look as though the rain areas split as they approach the homestead, even to the point of not providing measurable rainfall..all to play for, buckets at the ready...hmmm

Morning All, it must be Monday, a clear, sunny, dry and warming slowly kind of day. After the overnight low of 11.4°C at: 04:30, currently 17.5°C, RH63% and a breeze in from the E at 16mph, a good start the day/week.

Being in online entrepreneurship means there's no set timetable like the traditional work week, but I have been taking my closest thing to a weekend during the week this month haha. At least in May, despite the weather being naff all week, the weekends were generally good.

I feel sorry for the 9-5 lot... or whatever the weekday hours are.

I am really enjoying the nice weather, Friday was a little OTT but this is now nice.

Almost a sunny day... high cloud being its usual nuisance.

A couple of thunderstorms in Brittany at the moment, creeping north. They will very likely certainly die out as they hit the cool waters of the channel but worth keeping half an eye on perhaps.

Two wonderful days and another to come tomorrow, however Thursday’s predicted maximum is now 5c less than it was (22c instead of 27c!)  allied to shower risk.

Today was somewhat scuppered by high cloud so the next two days need to be immaculate given the trash coming at the weekend.

A couple of lively showers on the North Brittany coast again, this time earlier in the day, but unlikely I think that they make progress across the channel.
