Fingers crossed its not too marginal on Tuesday.

Hopefully some surprises might pop up this evening or tomorrow when the colder air comes in

Looks like it will be a non event for most of the region.

I can see my red car being white most of the week - unfortunately not with snow though but good to see that really cold air can still land with us

I aren't truly convinced by climate change ( though it is happening ) but is it a possibility that our our great or great/ great grandchildren may never witness snow.

Hopefully see some in the next day or two, even just a slight covering would likely stick around until the weekend.

Maybe some snow showers for those close to the coast over the next few days. I would imagine places like Scarborough could get a covering.

Yes cold enough for snow at lower levels from about tea time. Might catch the edge of a few if I’m lucky. Places like Whitby in a better place

Might come to early for it to be snow but looks like a decent band of showers coming down the coast

Just shows how useless models are at predicting showers not one shows the line of showers in Northumberland

As always the wind is pushing them out to sea here but seabreeze looks in a good spot. Good luck 👍🏻

Radar looking interesting.

Looks like a organised band now pushing a good few miles inland. Hopefully doesn’t just die out

Looks like the line of showers pushing in off the sea into Northumberland is turning more wintry as it hits the land.Lets hope it stays intact as if pushes south.

Which one did you watch? The one I've just seen didn't mention it at all!

Wouldn’t worry about it I can’t see it happening, looks to fizzle out before it gets here anyway and is marginal if it does.
They mention rush hour but most radar / computers suggest if it does reach it’ll be dinner time. Weather for week ahead tonight on countryfile might shed some light.
