On the radar there is a second plume coming across the channel from Le Harve towards the Kent Coast. Worth a look

Just of interest, Peter Cockcroft on the BBC South East weather forecast said at the end "The good news is, it is likely to stay cold for the rest of the month!" Not often you here that!

:D

no that sounds really promising :D

this is a suprise, only 5m asl and getting steady snow

I think it's more to do with the heavier precipitation. Looks like the heavy pulse has left Bexleyheath now.

Well dartford will be just out to the East of bex- especially if your up on the hill & on the road that leads towards the TExaco garage at the Red lion-

Dan- the PPN isnt going to make much more inroads North or west- it is already in East & north london, however if your not getting anything Id give it a miss now-

Nothing is gonna happen now unless you have a bit of elevation- or the kent factor- like Sevonoaks- out a bit furtehr in the sticks & a tad cooler-

CLASSIC Jan 85 on the ECM at 192 & 216-

S

unfortunately i think youre right. oh well. mondays snow was far more than i was expecting, so shouldnt keep complaining

Nice ground although grass on the roof was not a good idea, silly Kent Council :)

It's sedum, which is moss. But let's not discuss flora and fauna here and now

And it wasn't Kent council, it was Dartford council. But lets not discuss civil servants now

Let's discuss the mighty Darts in the playoffs

Lets discuss the light sleet and snow which has pepped up a tad here again!

I am getting a sense of deja-vu of 28th Oct? Is the LOW right over Kent, because i can see the precip dying out in the same position it is now before getting to us - just like when it snowed in October. I just have that horrible feeling anyway.

On local radio they have mentioned that is snowing heavily in Worthing town centre - therefore presumably at sea level. Anyone in that area able to confirm ?

To me, Monday looks like rain at first, and turning to snow? If it ever clips the SE, i can see this being a very close call
