Amazing to think there has been lying snow since Feb 2nd. Personally I couldn't careless if it does turn milder now because i've seen my fair share of snowfall this winter.

No more ramping from you then Dave this Winter if the models start to paint a snowy picture!

:D

Snow quite light and wet but trying to settle on the cars.

Oh have you already had some snow then. :D:D

I know I must sound like a broken record. However I can't help myself because usually my location misses out and yet this time i've been lucky on 7 occasions. Incredible to think 17inches of snowfall since Feb 2nd and the only thing that has put a dampner on it is the max temps have always reached above 0C.

Snow is getting a little heavier here now, but not settling as yet...just making all surfaces very wet.

The problem with every time you post is your pic keeps me away from the lamppost. Those damn beach balls keep getting me excited. :D

Gotta agree with that Dave :80:

Not sure what the girls think of it though B) :D

Got alot colder here in sw london earlier we had wet snow at 3.6c with a dp off -0.7c now currentley 1.1c and a dp off -1.3c so looking good if the ppn hits us. But at the moment it looks as if it may miss us in sw london.

Its brilliant I came across those beach balls today on another business site, and just had to have them to lighten the evening up... Will change them tomorrow but in the meantime enjoy the summer. I like to think of it as warmer summer valley views... :D

Anyway, I still got damn wet sleet rubbish, I think I might move to your town.

A friend of mine works for the gritters up (based in Halstead) and he said they are all off work this evening. He didn't even realise snow was on the cards until I spoke to him. He said half the lorries went were booked in for service work today as there was no mention of snow in their brief this morning. As I look out the window everything is covered, including the road.

Just had a wander down the garden and the main road is clear at the moment, nothing settled at all on the road :D So you can still get to work :D

I was going to continue being naughty but I better behave myself for a change.

So far I reckon i've had about 5cm of snow because a majority of the snow is moderate. However due to the DP/temps the snow is dry rather than wet which is helping with the accumalations.

I will say though that most of my girlfriends have had deflated beach balls. :D

Snowing fairly heavily and settling on all surfaces :D It won't amount to much or last very long though looking at the radar...

Snow on the ground still from 1st Feb though! I'm happy.

After a brief snow break :D It's started snowing quite heavy again :80:

It is hardly even raining here right now, most of the ppn has just skirted to the East of me so far.

Still moderate to heavy snow here near Ipswich.

Looking at the radar and the warnings, is this all expected to clear by about 10pm this evening?
