I might tell her you said that when i next speak to her shok.gif:D

Good pic though, you seeing frequent snow showers then?

Actually, she was quite brave venturing out to take those pics - she tends to like he warmth. :D

They are becoming more frequent, but it's still a bit stop and start

Fairly regular heavy showers up here, winds gusting to 40 mph+ in the showers, so blowing snow looks quite impressive as they pass through. Hard to estimate depths, but a few drifts starting, so with any luck should be an interesting night.

I think us in leeds are guna start to get in on the main action now. either the showers pushing in are a little south or are developeing further south now :)

yeah i agree with you there! looks like by 11pm it should start to get better a little further south :)

It's extraordinary - no shortage of showers to our north, it's tipping it down in Norfolk, but Lincolnshire is virtually shower-free - and nothing much showing on the radar either.

crazy - all around snow is being reported and heavy and yet Lincs is getting hardly anything - 9cm reported in Cambridge

I've got a friend in Thetford and they've got 6cm and is snowing like mad. Honestly, if I was paranoid......

According to the bbc forecast which i saw a few minutes ago, lincs were likely to miss out all togeither tonight.

Typical isn't it :aggressive:

This mornings forecast showed the showers in the South never reaching us; in fact they stalled and turned back. We are just getting piddily showers from the ENE.

Them showers will gradually shift southwards now, with some more intense precipitation coming off the N sea around 1:30am

The showers N of us now should hit the east riding area well "Hull area" around 11pm. Maybe a little sooner, although the main bulk a lil later.

Off to watch mis fits now on E4

I'll be staying up all night tonight,

Lewis
