Well, latest Rob McElwee forecast shows heavier precipitation on Sunday. His earlier forecast showed it much lighter. They clearly havent got a clue, and before anyone says it, im not looking at each forecast for detail. Will have to wait till the day, as usual.

Saw that forecast, what a great presenter Rob is, especially when there is Snow on the menu.

RM is a snow lover. You can tell in his forecasts. One of the best presenters today I think. smile.gif

Don't know S London that well. Is Crystal Palace on a big hill? Maybe some spots down there but I think within London we up in the N and W are favoured by the dump. Might be worth trying Barnet or Hendon if you get up early. I just edited my post with some pics for you. Don't worry about that green patch – only a tiny bit of the park!

Great pics, it does look very tempting , giving me a taste of whats to come. Given my popsition I think I'll head southwest - I heard they had an inch or 2 out that way :o

He is one of the very few of them that actually seems to like proper weather.

Dan "The numbers are struggling" Corbett is my pet hate.

The Shower currently over Ipswich when that reaches North West Kent... South Essex do you think it will lose its potency like the previous shower that headed down the coast? or could the estuary pep it up a little? What are your thoughts?

LOL, my wife is struggling with work at the moment! :yahoo:

Secretly I would love it to be heavy snow, but just not now as can't afford it.

Anyway what I say aint going to change anything!

NB - ECM run is an amazing run tonight if you love cold and snow.

Oh Richmond Park would probably bee a good option. Think they had quite a bit more than an inch or two in SW London. Again, I suspect like me many people who ventured away from the grit and concrete and into the parks may have been rather surprised by how much powder is laying.
