Not that im surprised but as soon as it hit Telford it broke up with the heavy stuff going north and south of here, just overcast with nothing falling from sky due to the snowdome being in full force..

I'll have to try and take a peak, how much we talking?

Radar shows it's weakend and fragmented so we'll be lucky for anything

Largeish chunks, biggest seemed to be about 3-4 feet across. Stretch between English and Kingsland Bridges seemed to have the most; but visible all over town

Just been out for a ciggie and it's snowing really lightly. The thing is, the snowflakes haven't lumped together and they're the most perfectly shaped, detailed snowflakes I've ever seen - like diamond dust falling from the sky. Gorgeous!

Radar suggests different

http://www.raintoday.co.uk/

The heavy stuff is just south/south east of Telford, a few flurries now but nothing major coming out the sky at all...

The sky looks full of it to the south so Bridgnorth or somewhere will get a decent shower.

Well quite a nice snow shower earlyer. Think that snow to the east will fizzle out somewhat

What's new?

Did it snow in Nottingham then?

Yes it most certainly did! :unknw: Got a good half an inch or so out of it, hopefully more to come on Sunday night! We need more in the hope that exams might be cancelled! A lot of people all ready can't make it back to Nottingham for exams! :cold:

That big blob is over Grafham Water at the moment - the first blob to do so in this whole cold spell. I actually have a cm of snow now :unknw:

Did in Northampton, and looking at the radar there is a very nice blob coming down to this area, looks like you could be in the firing lineacute.gif as it look like the heavy stuff is just going to the south of Northampton.

Yes, quite surpirsed myself. Settled down to dinner forgetting about the snow thinking that flurry was it. Go through to the kitchen to feed the dog to see a dusting outside on the cars and snow coming down quite well.

Should be over soon looking at the radar. Although the radar isn't always helpful!
