This seems like swansea shall do well and i will largerly miss out because im a little to far north in this kind of gap :/ could well be the first time a setup like this hasnt truly delivered for me here, had a dusting earlier which thawed but thats nothign in reality.

Glanaman is overall directly north of Swansea inland, so the shower activity is just to your west, i think it will clip you later

I knew that was going to be the case just didnt want to be in the miss zone however things could change so I wont write nothing off yet.

Streamer bit to far West for me here in Morriston, however it looks like its progressing slowly eastwards- Stuff further north should effect here later.

Seems Vancouver in Canada is having a problem with snow production - they're a bit concerned cause they got the winter olympics on the 13th Feb - well they're welcome to relocate to Wales if they like - we got the Graigerhorn in Ponty for the bob sleigh and luge - I'm sure we can use brecon for the downhill events and slalom - and mid wales would be great for the cross country and biathlon events! - Come over to Wales if your stuck for snow - apparently the jet stream is missing over there - holidaying in hawaii or something like that!

Indeed does look as if the precipitation is edging further east, which is needed as the main band is only a few miles west of here as it pushes south.

This could go on for a while tonight.

Lucky buggers :)

not getting me hopes up - already had and seen plenty of snow now this winter - 3ft drifts at times - anything else now will be a bonus before I get the barbie out for the glorious summer we are supposed to be having this year

ANDY,,,,, are you Ken? only getting Barbie out made me wonder????

you're using that reverse psychology stuff again ain't you!
