I certainly dont class a rumble as a storm!

hey did that line produce and thunder & lightning? or just torrential rain?

Sky is as black as pitch here now and it's strting to rain heavily.

Gust front has yet to arrive with the really heavy rain....no thunder!

Well that was the 4th rumble and 1 CG that I actually whitnessed can I class it as storm now then? :nonono:

plenty of cells across the midlands now, but will the intensity hold as it get later?

Yes its a fair size!

Fair play, its strange here, most clouds are going towads the north west, but the big cell that Kain is experienceing is coming closer, but the clouds around it are going in the opposite direction! Must be some rotation there.... impressive looking...

I should classify it as a storm, that's what it seems like to you that's what counts!

Another prolonged downpour for the Coventry area, much as with yesterday, still coming down from a developing shower/ storm.

I thought this webcam was broken.... however its not its just pitch black!! You can occasinally see a cars lights on the roads... that is black!

have rotation here to just to my south west, gust front is just passing with torrential rain not much wind and still no thunder

Yup, not that frequent though, about every 3 or 4 mins.

SalopW - Yup seen a few nice scudsuckers which is pretty cool, have noticed myself the clouds seem to be going in all directions.

Its not really that dark as the Bablake cam is rather dark but not pitch black. I just think the cam does not react to sudden changes in light, as I notice it goes very dark each time a heavy shower arrives!

Parents confirming the TL in Coventry now.

Its back built nicely through Bedworh and into Leicestershire.

Holy cow, just had a really close strike, that was deafening, I was just writing a post saying how for the last 8-10 mins theres been only rain!

Still few and far between though. I would sauy Ludlow is in the firing line after here.
