The streamers look like their pepping up a bit now to the south of the NW region, just a shame the BLOODY showers are either side of me. The only proper snow shower we had melted my 5mm covering of graupel & hail.

Something seems off with your weatherstation to me.

It's reading 7.7c for this yet other ones nearby seem to be reading lower even some nearer to the coast in Liverpool, strange.

It's in the sun. Only pay attention to it after sunset, and even then knock 0.5C off.

Radar looks good for a possible shower in Leeds in an hour or two.

Got snow showers last night and the current temperature is just 2C so i have no worries.

Just hoping it does not all stay north of me, although radar has shown movement south.

There was a TV show on the beeb a few weeks back about the weather, and there was a machine that made real snow in some lab. I think I may go there this afternoon, lol.

We're having a small hail shower at the moment after a morning of sun, rain, hail and rainbows!

Temp at airport currently 6 degrees with light rain showers forecast.

Not much to look forward to today, snow wise.
