Whatever happens tonight, enjoy it, as the northerly for next week seems to be degrading with every run...not that northerlies are any good for us down here anyway!

Yep of all the days for the Radar to give false returns it's "Today"

So basically no one has a scooby doo what is happening as the radar is giving false returns!!

I think its all down to staring intently at our lamp posts and willing it to snow after dark!!!

Absolutely - northerlies arnt much cop here unless a polar low develops!

Well people in Suffolk are saying it's bone dry even though the radar shows them under PPN.

It showed snow for me here at 9pm tonight now its saying 3am and snow,well one flake prob,im confused as well :wallbash:

Alex Deakin on the BBC just said no more than a few flakes for London and East Anglia. Will be very interesting to see how accurate that turns out to be.

meto has just updated my local forcast ( Barnet )....all flakes of snow have vanished...totally dry till monday night..??...now I'm confussed....

Croydon has not been re-located in the last hour up the M40 ?

I don't buy into the idea that today the precip is evaporating due to the Dp's only being around -2 to -3c. I think it is a radar error, but the band is now starting to swing SSW, London West and Western parts of the Northern Home Counties still favoured for a few centimetres.
