I'm getting the WMR80 - Oregon Scientific. Is it wrong to be so excited?! What are you all getting?

Cool! What are you getting? I'm getting the WMR80.

Same model I had before the removal men trashed it! A Watson W-8681

http://www.amazon.co.uk/W-8681-Wireless-Weather-Station/dp/B001063PXC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1328829931&sr=8-1

I found it to be pretty good for the price.

Would love a Davis, but couldn't justify spending £700+!

Ooh - the 8681 looks good. Wish I'd known the price on Amazon - everyone else seemed more expensive. Nevermind. I miss my old one - the temp sensore gave up and I broke the anemometer by accident! Oops. Lets hope the post gets thru tomorrow

Just had a look at that one... Looks like a nice one! :good:

Lets hope we all get a chance to test them all properly before the winters over!

At least if it keeps going I'll see something of excitement before it all clears off! That blob is heading right for me.

Nice one Tom. I would have loved a Davis, but I wanted the one where the anemometer wasn't part of the ISS... Couldn't justify it! Just moved house, so lots of other things to spend money on first!

Maybe I'll upgrade in a few years (if we keep getting cold winters!).

All these reports of settling snow yet so many earlier were dismissing any chance of that happening! :-)

I think you lot up in North Somerset/Bristol should stay up, think you got something nice coming!

Still light drizzle here lol, no sign of a flake yet.
