thanks for your comments

as soon as i see something decent i will post it

the charts have hinted at some slightly warmer weather

from the 19th a few times but the question is whether it will be dry

have a look at the link below, july has hints of some decent days

however please take as a guide as a long way out

and can change quite often (never forecast from these as they have this habit of making you look silly)

saturday looks dry

possible light showers later in afternoon

sunday light showers am heavier during the afternoon

monday - flooding could be an issue in the south east if the low sits where it shows at present

certainly looking at an unsettled couple of weeks if the weather forecasters are to be believed. I think once 'summer' is over, the SE can safely say we aren't in drought like conditions!!

Top picture is from my bedroom window....

I was outside when this tree came down and it made the biggest crack and bang ever! The gap in between the 2 taller trees was not there this morning a tree filled it... Elephant got a lucky escape

to look at what the fax charts make of next week

sunday 6 oclock rain again in the south east

sunday night looks wet but not very heavy

monday midday low pressure again in the south east-moderate rain

tuesday 00hrs has low pressure near but should be showers not heavy

tuesday 12hrs-- mainly dry very small chance of a shower

wednesday at 12 hr-- dry in the morning but rain on the way pm

to note on wednesdays fax

last night showed some high pressure in the atlantic which could have slowed down

or moved the low further north.

it is not on tonights fax

thursday 12hrs- could stay dry but wind increasing during the day

look at the low coming in, getting fairly deep and much further south

than was shown last night

tomorrow nights fax will give location but at present a close watch on this is needed

sorry im not showing a heatwave

gfs ensembles are showing a lot of rain again

late sunday through monday

they are trying to show some sort of warmer air

on the 15th onwards (could be the low pressure coming in)

problem is there is not a sign of drier conditions.

this is based on the 18z run

will probably be different tomorrow
