Don't suppose the air will be too dry for the rain to reach the ground tomorrow.... whistling.gif

I can confirm in christchurch we have..................nothing, zilch, nada. Just been outside and it does seem a touch warmer though.

Think I will have to have an early night, as I am bound to keep waking up and look out of the window all through the night.

If this front came in on any other day or when its slightly milder ( Like 2 degrees milder ) It would be 50+ MM with flooding.

We have very light miniscule flakes. I have the outside light on as I don't think there is a lamppost here for 5 miles!

Can someone please explain how we've had all this rain for months on almost a daily basis and now it's about to get v cold all week it's gonna be dry? Where's all the blooming precipitation gone?? Thanks

Actually got a gud feeling we'll get a bit of snow later tonight!

I am not experienced enough to answer this, but I would like to know this as well. Lol

Seeing countryfile weather.theres no reason why we can't see some snow activity nearly everyday.that bitter Easterly could bring some showers anytime for us on the coast

We have light snow in Cheltenham. The Radar doesn't look too encouraging, but at least it's snowing. First time this winter !!

Yey! You're not far from me! Do you have a temperature reading? I'm still at 2.9 degrees but I've not had my temperature sensor where it is for very long, so not sure how accurate this is.

Band of precipitation now moving into the bristol area, on radar looks like whatever falls will be very light. Is it supposed to intensify? if not will not get much out it.

It looks as though the 'evaporating' theory is correct, as there looks to be some decent precipitation above me, but not much from it!
