Emergency meeting at Croydon Council regarding the 2 day non stop heavy snow starting this Friday afternoon. Loads of snow and the depths will exceed expectations help.gifhelp.gifhelp.gifcold.gifcold.gifcold.gif

Lol. We can always rely on you Rampkin.

I cant see heavy snow, but more light to moderate at times. But for quite a while. Giving 5cm for most. Up to 10cm over hills and lucky spots.

I will happily bank that.

Lets just pray the ppn arrives. Still got that niggling doubt it wont.

Any members from Margate/Ramsgate, shower on your doorstep, almost within touching distance to your NE.

Tom.

I wonder if they will send out another email to the employees like they did last week?

I would think they might wait a bit as it was such a non event in the end?

I wonder when the Meto will say there is going to be more then currently forecast to the general public?

Confirmation of my worst fears :-(

If it's not coming from the East...it's no good for man nor beast (if you live on the South Coast like me ) :-(

I haven't been out for a night out for a while and am planning on one on Friday, so want the snow badly but also want to be able to go out.

Confirmation of my worst fears :-(

That chart is up to midnight on Friday, does not take into account snow for the rest of the weekend.

Yeah but most of the heavy snow will have fallen by then...it's always the same along the South Coast of England, it could be snowing on Mercury, indeed it could be snowing in the inner core of the sun...and it would still rain here :-(...I'm still hopeful, but I'm not getting my hopes up...if needs be I'll get some warm clothes on and talk a trundle up onto the South Downs !

Latest MetO faxes look absolutely excellent.

Again it reminds me of a classic 1980s style setup with that lovely "H" symbol sitting above the UK controlling the Atlantic.
