instead of backing up your ramping of disruptive snow for the SE? (No wonder members start bickering)

I don't remember mentioning disruptive, but I think you may just be right :winky:

Kent Weather posted on Facebook earlier that he was shutting down. Wouldn't give a reason. Shame.

He was last night going for rain this weekend, but he does seem to have had a hissy fit for some reason - he had a good few thousand followers on twitter, Coast you should pick up his mantle.

OK, all jesting aside it's becoming obvious form several runs of several models, the Met Office early warnings and other government departments advice, that a snow event is on it's way for our region and much of the UK.

Now I suspect there could be quite a lot of snow and for sustained periods of time from Friday lunchtime onwards and depending on your exact location you could get 10 - 15 cms + (you could get a lot less mind you). The latest GFS charts give an idea of when and where this could happen but for safety sake and for far better accuracy, use the radar on Friday to see what is happening and when.

Good luck to all, I hope you get what you want and can still keep an eye on the vulnerable please :good:

Big downgrade on Ppn intensity compared to the 6z run. But I will take what I can get at the moment!

Shrimper i enjoy your posts on here and on the mod thread mate but you really are doing my head in with the post above.

Granted you are only stating what you are seeing.

However you know as well as i that ppn amounts are going to be up and down like a yo-yo on each run until at least 12 hours before the event itself.

DON'T PANIC SIR !
