BBC forecast looked like the north west is going to miss out on the snow Sunday night/Monday morning.

I still wouldnt rule out a heavy snow shower or two coming across the pennines tomorrow night.

Things may get lucky for some of us overnight tomorrow night.

Its already midday here and the snow here is only very little sign of it melting.

We still have extremely light snow here even though the ground snow has melted slightly but both the national and local forecasts have nothing over us at the moment. Where is it coming from and could it get heavier? Even the radar doesn't show much!

Radar proving incorrect again, snizzle the heaviest it's been all day here, although still light.

There's about 5-6cm on the grass here after all the blowing around it did yesterday, on the paths and roofs in the street it's melting very fast though.

Couldn't care less, want it to sod off now.

Sleety rain here and showing 3 degrees backtrack,,, i actually think that temp is correct to be honest.

Woo what a shock that was, i was anout to post and say what a drib drab day almost like you want to squeeze the snow out of the sky, then all of a sudden im sat here and looking out of the living room window and see loads of massive snowflakes coming down, my jaw dropped lol only to discover it was actually mum in the bedroom above opening the window!!!!...... Thanks mother!!!

Oh dear god it gets worse! Lol mums just told me she was shaking one of her fibre pillows out of the window to air it out!! So wasnt snow at all PMSL
