A lovely fresh and breezy day in store, temp 6.1c.

Temp 4c here quite windy. most of the snow gone just a few bits left but they are ice from Tuesday.

My snowman has only a body

Nothing to look forward to atm. i like waiting for snow to arrive keeping check on the sky/lampost.

Proper belting it down here ...with rain:(

Vile outside, slush is in slippery icy lumps, intermitent hail/sleet/rain and a biting wind. still loads of snow cover on the grass and the hills around me.

Had brief hail shower about 20 mins ago.

Can't quite believe how quickly the snow has gone, we just have bits in the garden. Took the dog earlier and it chucked it down, now a clear blue sky! It feels like Christmas has just ended.

Yes but might not be too long before the next shot at cold acc to the mod thread. Worth a peak. Talk of northerlies and easterlies. Hope if anything its the former of the two.

I'd take snow-free landscapes over gales and weather that actually does something other than 'sit' there. Bring on the low's.

Best weather for weeks IMO. sunshine and showers. I'd almost forgot what the sun looked like. Temp 7.1c, heating turned off, fabulous.

Really heavy hail here and real strong winds

Lol how boring! Mind you it is freezing in that wind!! And that squal line at 7.30 this morning i thought the bedroom window was coming in!

Yes i think everybodys gone into hibernation ...im so bored..nobody talks to each other when theres no snow forcast lol.

Yeah,the showers this morning woke me up...they really were something,it takes a lot to get me out of bed on a sunday but that did[well for 5 minutes].

me too got withdrawel symptoms already.

A lot of people seem to get down when winters on its way. Im the opposite.

My Favourite season

Forget Summer and Spring Bleh...Autumn i can cope

I'm exactly the same..absolutely love winter more than any other season.
