Still raining here, at 2.7C! The Galtees are partly cloud covered, but it seems that the snow line is up at about 500m.

I am working up in Bangor today. Looking at the radar there appears to be heavy precipitation around mid Ulster. Is this falling as snow?

2.5C with moderate sleet falling, yet again. These marginal events can be frustrating at times... however, I am going to take a hike up the Galtees tomorrow, so they should have a good covering at this stage!

Congratulations to all who got some decent snow.

I really enjoyed the cold we are getting.

Even when Firmus cut through my electricity and phone line during last Thursdays storm!!

Hats off to NIE who had problem sorted within 5 hours. BT took a bit longer but we're sucking diesel now!

And Happy birthday Juuyoku!!

Model thread quite boring at the moment everyone in the regional threads, it's amazing the number of posts in a short space of time in the other regional threads!

Thanks for the birthday wishes all! Just had sleet and rain today, nothing exciting! Currently at 1 degrees, dont think it was much warmer than that during daylight hours either.

Some difference in the east and west. Leaving work in Lisburn this afternoon at 4pm and it was 7℃ at Moira. By the time I was home it was 1℃ at 4.50pm. Still plenty of lying snow.

Yes Pomeroy. Next weekend looking interesting with a potential North/North Westerly Arctic blast. No sign of any longevity on it though and it could still all go East into the North Sea. Seen it many times before.
