I had a garden watering 32.1mm yesterday/Sunday and my totals for this month so far are 64mm 💦💦💦

Tomorrow morning could be interesting though for the West of our region,

( BUT !!! …it could be further East yet so don’t quote me on that )

ATM the way the forecast is going for my backyard, I could be seeing another 25mm to 30mm and maybe more

Incoming from 6am to 10am for me  ⚡☔⚡☔

Another 18.5mm this morning, which means the monthly total now stands at just over 58mm. All rain this month is purely from a convective origin rather than frontal which is preferred. The ground is very saturated and the dry spell from earlier this month is now a distant memory.

Max temperature so far today is only 17.3C. Could be the first day in 12 days that the maximum temperature stays below 20C if not much sun comes out in the next few hours.

Yes I’ve had 15.8mm today, it’s amazing really how a good full on thunderstorm can deliver in just an hour what we had this morning in 3 to 4 hours 🤔

Happy days that the East of our region had a good watering this morning

Sharing is good 💦💦💦

My monthly total up to now is 79.8mm, but I’m sure the EWP will be far lower 👇

According to my lightning Tracker pro, the flashes and thunder was just over 1.2 miles away from my location. I wonder if we are going to get anything more tonight?

Another few mm in the shower last night. 30 mins or so of quite intense precip. Was back in Stourbridge and certainly seemed quite intense for a time there

Was sunny this morning, but has since clouded over and we're having brief showery periods.

Feeling warm though - 23°C.

Rained lightly for about 10 minutes here, amounting to 0.2mm. Stayed above 20°C through the shower as well, very humid!

Looks like this was the wettest personal weather staton, south coventry at 12mm. Stations north of the city centre got about 2-3mm from another downpour. interesting day to say the least with the convergence and very slow moving downpours.

A rumble of thunder heard to the W/SW around midday b.s.t and a few moderate-heavy showers here during the late morning and early afternoon. It's dry and humid with sunny intervals at the moment.

Glastonbury. Nice on adsb (flights radar) to see the stars helecopters come and go.

after a few mins they shut off and go to LADD, meaning Limiting Aircraft Data Displayed (LADD)

Warm one this evening, just dropped below 19C, 10 minutes before midnight.

Might be some difficult nights in the coming weekend for sleeping.

That feature itself looks pretty weak down here but there may be some thunderstorms ahead of it.

Line approaching but as usual, lightning seems to have died. Watch it explode back to life just to our East.

Didn't take the temperature but it was quite a change within half hour , warm muggy and blistering in the sunshine. Then it went really fresh
