Still raining here, dull damp, nay more like wet, but minimal breeze, so not bone crushing but overcast is the nature of the beast today..

Only plus of a late clearance was quite a nice sunset. Temperature on a slow slide now.

Let’s hope we can get some frost and fog out of this high pressure spell or it’ll be yet another mundane period of nothing.

Morning all, a clear night which allowed a decent air frost with the overnight low 1.2°C at: 08:23, and the RH94%, fine sunny start to the day

At last a Januaryesque morning. Proper white frost, kinda foggy but also some milky sun poking through, and had to scrape the windscreen. Low of -1°C.

Gorgeous day out, I'm sure Beka will be along soon extolling the values of winter (well January) sunshine, over the clag of recent days..

Finally a nice sunny day with blue skies all day. Didn't drop that low here last night, only dropping to 3.1°C but it's already lower than that tonight, currently 2.6°C.

Reached 9.3°C

Morning All, another cracking morning, clear sky, a decent frost, calm breeze, purfek, meanwhile the stats show an overnight low of -1.8°C at: 05:54, currently -1.5°C with RH95% and no breeze..oh and a sea temperature of 9.2 °C..

Just purfek...

Oh Lord it's lethal out there!! Slipping and slidding everywhere on black ice! Love it! LOL. Struggled up the hill with footpaths but when I dropped the kids off I came back down the hill on the grass verges for pure safety! YAY Some weather! Some winter weather! Weeeeeeeeee! This is the next best thing to snow is frost and ice. Those are yet to venture out! Beware! Just under -2c here at -1.9c. Sun trying to come through though

Was 2.5c at midnight, after a high yesterday of 9.1c mid afternoon.
Low of 0.2c at 7am
Now 3.5c, clear blue skies and bright sunshine.
NNE very light winds, 1041.7 hPa

The fog went quite quickly and have left a cloudless blue sky with an overnight low of -2.5c

It IS glorious when it does! If this high keeps up for the next 12 weeks we'll have a lovely Spring before it goes tits up in May again ...

Peaked at 9.3°C at: 13:19, but glorious out in the sun, no breeze, just glorious blue sky from one edge to the other..

Aaah true! Although with the mudfest my garden is right now it's going to take some time to dry out!
