Whilst we all desperately search for a route back to something colder/more seasonal, it’s clear that IF the 12 ICON is even close to verifying, one of two regional daily high max and high min temp records must be under threat😮

I am not trolling. I genuinely like my weather mild/warm/hot. There are such people, even if you find it hard to believe 😉

TBH I am in agreement with SunnyG, when compared to last weekend's filth , cold , wet and dark ,, this weekend is a breath of F9 fresh air ,,,  lots done outside in the mild , often sunny yet windy Saturday .... and a gorgeous sunset to boot

Apparently liking warm weather is equivalent to trolling for some... as though we should all love snow. Well, I do not.

Again, for those at the back: I do not like rain, but I prefer it to cold and snow. Above all, I can't stand cold and even less snow. And besides today was mostly a sunny day in London, so it's all good 😉

I actually came over quite faint reading it. 🤯

It's a hobby for some. There's one who frequents the model thread pretending to like cold. He mysteriously vanishes when the cold appears then pops up again as soon as it breaks down.... 🙂

Aye, crafty figure he is!

@SunSean I’ve not seen your sunshine figures graph here for a little bit, I hope you’re still doing them?

Would you do an annual graph at the end of this year, would be very interesting to see who reaches over 2000 hours for 2023.”, though I guess it’ll be most likely sunny Eastbourne

Doing it every 10 days for December and January as sun is pretty rare this time of the year haha. Will be up on Monday hopefully ✌️

Won't need to think of the snowmen. Their lives matter too. 😁

I give up with this country's winters.  Like I predicted yesterday, this winter will be mild, wet dross with any cold limited to brief interludes.  If it wasn't for the shorter daylight hours "winter" in much of the UK could easily pass for an extended autumn or early spring.

This is probably the worst storm of the year so far.

No where near for me, barely noticed it didn't have to much rain either

Yep.

Who wants to spend over £150 on food and booze in the days leading up to Xmas day, as one has fam and friends around on 'the day' and after, only for visitor plans to be cancelled because of snow and ice?

Plus, of course, the savings on energy useage as the heating can stay off.

Oh, and in defence of SunnyG, this thread is NOT a Winter Exclusive Snow thread.

Carry on😁.
