@Mapantz I know you're a bit of a weather station guru - would you mind taking a look at this please?

Thanks,

Morning All, a dry morning here, plenty of showers to the west of the region though. Last night started to chill nicely until the cloud cover came back, with the low of 2.2°C at: 01:06 rising through the night to the current 9.5°C, RH90% and a light breeze in form the SW.

From Above, some breaks in there

On Golden sands, the breaks showing nicely

Decent enough start, but cloudy and breezy now. At least it's not raining.

The holiday weekend looks mild and dry enough to get out and avoid family at every opportunity. 🎅🏽

I'll be back at work then. Having my week off first week of Jan, when the excitement has died down but the OH is still off.

I'd also be interested in any opinions. Looking to spend around £150 - £200.

Watson 8686 (Ecowitt clone) has been recommended, which fits within your budget.

I did actually see the sun today. Only for a few seconds and it never properly came out but that's more than I saw over the last few days

This surely is going to go down as one of the dullest Decembers on record. The sun appearing, even for a few minutes, feels like a major weather event at the moment such is the fact that we have seen so little of it these past few weeks, months even. I can't remember when the last full day of sunshine was, sometime back in early November?

The wind is howling over my house in Taunton , I thought that it was further north thwt was going to be very windy and in the south nothing , but Al, night long it's been loud enough to wake you .

If its bad down here hate to think what others further north are going through .

Another day without sun ? Just cloud no rain ?

Blowing a right hoolie  here.  We have to travel to Marlborough  this morning  for sons orthodontist  appointment.  Really not looking forward to it at all. One of my squirrels is trying to climb the bird feeder but keeps getting whipped in the face by his tail 😅
