In Absence of True Seasons haha I've had a couple gin & sodas in the garden, nothing crazy!

Now, if only this type of weather would persist until July 2067 then I'll be happy! No more UK "troughs" please- hate that word with a passion lol.

Nice sunny and warm afternoon here.  This would do me all summer with none of that 30C plus heat/humidity!

I'm not paying any attention to the weather next week... just enjoying what we have right now. Who knows what the model output will look like come Monday.

Summer8906 I think your perception of Sydney’s climate is much closer to Perth’s - rainy & mild winters, hot & dry summers, standard Mediterranean climate. Sydney has a subtropical climate and gets a more equal distribution of rainfall throughout the year, but July to October is the driest period.

danm Amazing how quiet London streets are now away from the usual tourist areas.

Anyway, brollies and wellies to the ready from Sunday onwards.

Wimbledon88 not really, the City is heaving. Some streets in the square mile are restricted to general traffic, especially around Bank.

Considering it wasn't that long ago we were writing off the first half of May because nothing was coming up in the ensembles, it's actually been a good spell of warmth so far.

Sitting out in my little tea break, clear blue skies and warm here. Can’t wait to properly enjoy it tomorrow and get some more gardening done.

im going to guess for my location that we will have at least an average month for sunshine finally after 3 below average months, maybe slightly wetter than average thanks to the heavy rain we had at the very start of the month. Fingers crossed that we have a decent above average summer.

enjoy the sun 🌞

Briefly got to 17C but really not warm in the breeze despite continuous sun all day. Could be difficult to reach 20C again this week officially.

danm Close but no cigar. Plenty warm enough for me, few clouds bubbling this afternoon but nothing to complain about really.

Tomorrow should reach 24c by the looks of it.

Wade I am more a Madri or Pravha man myself. I like a Czech Pilsner.

Although a German wheat beer in the sun too...yes please.

markyo  at least you only have a few miserable month until the beloved cold and rain returns. Most of us have 8-10months of miserable conditions…
