Yes there is. There is a bit of a lull at the moment but there is a large area heading our way in about 30 mins or so!!!!

You are only 3 Miles down the Road, I can guarantee I have just popped out for a Ciggie, It is Not Snowing, The Sky to the North is Orange and I notice you are on the edge of the Thames Streamer merrily flying down the Thames towards Steve and Co in Bexley, remember I am North East of You and in a Void at the moment, I saw the heavy shower you had earlier, I could even see the House Roofs going White when we had nowt.

Nick, I really think it is evaporating before getting to the ground near the coast???

I'm here in snowy staines not to far from you. We have about 2cm's and has been snowing continuosly now since 7.30pm.

I'm near to the Sizewell nuclear power stations. Its blowing a gale here, maybe its passing above my head! :huh: I know the radar is dodgy for this part of the world, but there's definitely no snow falling here.

Watching the radar for the last couple of hours the showers seem to grow once inland a few miles.

hiya ,i am in the coppins road area, only had the odd light flurry since 6ish

yeah so am i !!!,,all the drops we got are just blown down the road,, And i'm certainly getting annoyed with radar showing me earlier i

was under bright pink echoes when nothing falling and can see the moon,

Colchester and ipswich getting a nice covering apparently :huh:

Had heavy snow here for about half an hour but nothing is showing up on the radar???? How strange.

Something with the models must have gone wrong, Hampshire was pretty much guaranteed snow and nothings happened, typical.

Just checked my weather station and temp is -2.7c with it hammering down with snow.

Not a huge snowfall yet about 4 cm.

Most impressive bit is that the street light outside my house has an icicle on it about 7 inches long !!!
