Anybody with access to the radar-

Are there many showers coming this way?

Yep - I've got access to the radar - I paid for it like everyone else.

I must say i am rather impressed with what we have here snow wise. Pure powder snow about 1" here now in Colchester. It has stopped snowing but i suspect there will be plenty more showers in the coming few hours!!

on the nw radar we seem to be slipping in between the incoming showers, which also appear to have pepped down in the last 5-10 mins, but outside its coming down at a reasonable rate. hoping we can get a bit of consistent action coming in through east kent.

It is strange how we are doing well but other areas of Suffolk arent. To add all this talk of the thames streamer and all that. but people are forgetting EA, suffolk and essex are getting hammered too

NE Essex definitely isn't getting hammered, we may just be getting close to 1cm (I am being generous)

:D I think I will just have a glass of red wino to toast to that! My poor husband however has been informed (he is on the grit team) they will have to stay in London as they may not be able to get back in to do the next rotation. I think a lot of people are going to have very messed up travel plans tomorrow.

Mmmm, looks like it will be sunny for us here, unless the cloud moves in and gives us the snow like the rest of you have!!! Soooo unfair!

Makes me wonder what on earth will tomorrow evening bring, bearing in mind that's

the 'extreme' event the weather forecasters are talking about?
