Snow should start in Brum in the next 30-60m mins :)

actually 15-20 minutes

if you look carefully the heavier precipitation in the east is heading in a NNW direction compared to this band which may well break off. just been cauttious here thas all. :)

Could we be about to seeanother chaotic drive home from work for many? Think it was last Jan/Feb, people were caught out and left stranded in their cars, took me an hour to get home from where it normally takes less than 5 minutes.

That snow certainly looks tasty and still on track for here, if anything it seems to have took a much more westerly direction lately. :(

Hi folks

Snow flurries at Keele yesterday and today. Depth is about 1cm at best just nuisance value. And we're out of town and up a hill.... How can places on lower ground in Staffs have more than us?

As John Lydon/Rotten said `Ever get the feeling you've been cheated?'...

Come on French Low, do your stuff!

Am hopeful about Thurs though..

Ian

That light snow has now become moderate :D Looks like I'll soon be battling my way on the school run. Wifey could have an interesting drive home this evening. Conditions are worse now than this morning and it took her 2.5 hours to get from here to her work in Walsall (about 8 miles)!

Me too! I dragged our 4 year old to the supermarket (just for a paper) and made her walk the long way round just so I could play in the snow :(
