falling as wet snow but there is a great covering now just hope it keeps up for most of the night.

Gritters are oot!!! is that a sign of impending snow?? or just icy conditions.

We've no run oot o grit it seems - (nae surprise as we've had hardly any snaw)

Heavier here now..not big flakes, but the volume of the snow has increased.

Just had a wee flurry here about half an hour go, would have been on sooner but the internet died again.

You need one of these for that internet connection of yours

Would do a better job than the university does. We have a theory that the internet here is run not by hamesters but by underpaided snails who stage walk outs.

Radar says there is precip there is not it lies to me again.

Continous but mainly light here. 5 mm down at most, -1 C. Might get a few cms by the morning if I'm lucky - just a bit to far east me thinks.

Congrats to all those that are getting some of the more beefy falls appearing the in the western central belt.
