Well I am travelling Wednesday from Fakenham to Ely so I don't want the snow. Might have to chance it I guess. Love the snow but not when I have to drive in it. A belated Happy New Year to you all!

Morning,

Although I am looking at these charts with an air of excitement, that I cannot remember whilst following the models for years, because of my location I won't believe it will happen until the first snow falls down here - such the number of disappointments that we have had down here. I think what I'm asking for is some form of reassurance from some of the senior guys on here - as there are only so many warnings I can give family and friends here in Folkestone!

So come on what's the chances of disruption down here?

Not moaning (much) but just looked at the met office warning and Dartford is surrounded by the orange warning, but guess what it is in the green section. Don't really makes sense to me as surely if the warninga have surrounded outer London then the snow must be passing through the area, unless of course we are to have rain?

Wonder what Neil would had said if Tyler Hill was in this situation :D

Those snow showers keep decaying as they come close to the coast , it looked like a good shower was about to hit here and it broke up :D

I shouldn't worry too much CK as I suspect if it snows in the orange warning areas, you'll still be in with a good chance in the greens. I notice East and West Sussex escape the potential snow areas - but nature just isn't as accurate as that!

Send some down to me Neil (and a 20p Flake seems a bargain too!! :D )
