It looks like the two bands are merging together, plus it's also intensifying.

That's what we need! :)

Facebook statuses in Chew Valley saying snow is now falling. Still very light drizzle here but time will tell.

Oh I hope this isn't an event for the bin.

Right now its getting intresting iv noticed the last few radar loops theres a very intense area of rain/snow heading straight for are region could give us a little hope if it gets heavy could start to turn to snow :)

Stuck in an outcrop of rain/snow green at the mo, with the pink on the radar all around, come on cold, push!

If it intensify's again we could be in for a brief, but heavy snow shower.

Have to wait for the next loop. I should have really invested in the NW Radar!

Temp 0.7c DP -0.6c WB 0.2c

The first few flakes are falling here, after 0.2mm of very light rain over three hours. The NW radar precip type is bang on based on postcode

temp droped 1 c /rain and sleet 80mtrs ASL /hoping front slows a little / some wet flakes now falling by lamp / best of luck gang :drinks:

At last the snow is here and settling. Temps .3c I reckon a few hours and freezing temps later.

Took a long time but finally got here.
