A very dull day and looking at the radar the current light rain/drizzle has pretty much developed overhead in the last hour or so, calm,12.6c.

Has to be the worst kind of day here. Dark and drizzly, has felt like the lights should be on all day. Temp 13.2c, max of 13.5c this morning.

Foggy again this morning which lifted into mist. Light sporadic rain arrived just after lunch and has been going steady since. All in all, a gloomy Novemberish day and very different to the warm sunshine of Sunday.

Slightly drier this morning than last night for the commute. Still foggy on the tops of the hills but nothing major, again still mild.

Interesting morning until Stratocumulus took over, the sky between 06.30-09.00 had the look of a thundery LOW with all manner of Altocumulus types. There had been some heavy showers overnight, particularly soon after midnight when I was awoken by a downpour.

My word this weather is arduous. Can't wait for the first Pm blast. 14C and grey, the only difference being the breeze picking up.

It looks like we have turned the corner into frequent bouts of wet weather now.

 

Today, tomorrow, Saturday, possibly Sunday and Monday too, all seeing fast moving bands of rain sweeping E/NE. The driest periods seem set to be evenings and overnight.

A downpour has just passed over Bradford leaving deep puddles and drains blocked due to autumn leaves ; not pleasant.

Another damp and grey morning here, looking like change is afoot in a week's time so something to look forward to.

Drizzly and showery all day so far with the added ingredient of a gusty wind.

 

Virtually 16c without any hint of brightness, I actually really want an hour of brighter conditions at some stage between midday until 15.00 to see how high it could go.
