Very light snow mixed among the light rain. Bit of a surprise.

A little bit of Very Light snow here in Sheerness as others have said wasn't expecting anything. And temp has really dropped plenty of winter left yet.

Temp has gone from 9.6 down to 4.6c in about an hour, very fast drop once the wind switched round to a northerly.

A sunny afternoon after a rather damp morning. Nothing but rain and drizzle from the front.

I have no idea what it did in Beddy today, apart from by the time I opened the door it was raining.

Noticed it felt a bit more like winter today

Excited I can finally wear some of my christmas presents tomorrow on the school run?‍♀️

Nice to feel a bit like winter today.
Models looking awful if it’s ‘cold n snow’ you’re after.
Euro fat blown high or zonal.

Fingers and toes crossed for a good snowy spell for our region come late Jan/early Feb.

Well if the States can get a sudden unprecedented Snow storms after very a mild December like wise, then who knows where will be 10 to 14 days down the line. Just saying.

Yes - can second that. We went from 9.0C to 3.6c from 12.00-14.00.

Currently at 2.1C

Fingers crossed @Jason T

Except they are not dealing with a raging Atlantic knocking left and a warm Gulf Stream. Hopes for a second half of January for us ??

Only managed to take one picture yesterday of the approaching precipitation, the snow was just to our north and south here but not much precipitation perhaps the occasional bit of wet snow for a couple minutes which was more than I was expecting.

lovely start of the day (for me) with clear blue skies, if we don't get any snow I want it to be like this until spring arrives, it will be cold but it's definitely better then the dull and overcast weather we've been having.

Sod's law.

I hadn't left my town, South Woodham, in weeks.
Yesterday I popped into Chelmsford... and it snowed at home while I was there. I missed it.

Proper lovely from this morning though so that's something.
