Morning All, dross again, ah well 'tiz December in the UK I suppose. The overnight low of 3.8°C at: 04:28 has eased up to 4.8°C, with RH93% and light air movement from the N.

From Above, confirmation "it's cloudy"

On golden sands, gloomy and calm

I think they need to change the image here to a more appropriate one:

Just as I'm getting a bit of time from gardening to go fishing the Hampshire Avon will be challenging to say the least lol

Looks like the head gardener job has come up at Trafalgar House jy.

I can see the scaffolding for the house renovations from here. Looks like they mean business.

Bit beyond me for now, but I wouldn't need the cottage. I could walk over there.

What a difference a day makes. Other than large puddles left from yesterday, roads and pavements are dry here today and the sun is out!

And here, in SG.

Grey, damp, cloudy, 6c, really dark at just after midday.

But an improvement on yesterday's deluge.

Wow 5 days in, one cold spell passed, and giving up, really?

It's a classic British winter, cold oop north and mild doon sarf, acceptance of that makes the pain a LOT less.

Nice late afternoon. Wasn't expecting that.

Clear blue skies and Sunshine.

We had about 5 minutes sunshine at 15.10 while walking home from school!

Where does it say I'm giving up?.....I just like cold snowy weather.

It would be nice to see a decent cold spell......it could take a few weeks or months...or maybe being down south it won't happen...but it'll be nice all the same.

Glad to see you hanging in with all us other regulars, and yes hopes remain high for at least one decent spell.

Cloudy all day until just before it got dark, which as others have mentioned recently tends to happen quite a lot. Reached 6.9°C
