Out of ALL of this lot I love TEBAY, Close to the summit (I might have blasted over in the the middle of the night, OFTEN), but a cracking shop for local produce, I loved it as a stopping off point. I also knew with that tank full I'd make Edinburgh easily. I also managed to fill up at Tebay, to get back in the car and unknowingly had a wasp to my shirt, sat in the car and felt an amazing "ouch" moment. So I suffered for the 4 days I was in Edinburgh with a wasp sting. 

Never to be forgotten!

Didn't realise until today how much I love Tulips so many beautiful varieties.New place I'm custodian of a community garden.Not had any work done to.it in 15 years,but I can't make it any worse....hopefully lol

This will never happen tomorrow afternoon. It never does when they predict it!

However during all the thundery activity on Wednesday and Thursday there was not one storm symbol either before or during the storms!

Morning All, overcast and mild sums it up really, oh and dry. The overnight low of 5.7°C at: 05:56 has risen to 9.3°C, RH90% with a light breeze in from the ENE, with broken clouds at an altitude of 1,100 ft.

 jtay I know its rain but there are risks of the odd rumbles of thunder.. possibly a few thunderstorms around, looks like there's a lot of heavy showers probably a few thundery one's before the band of rain between 17:30-19:15.

Afternoon All,

 

Happy Easter and all that, spent earlier this week in the Netherlands, Belgium and France the weather Monday and Tuesday wasn't bad at all but had turned rainy the closer I got to UK

 

Anyway I got home to a monsoon so no change there then and its been a bit meh ever since, is this wet period ever going to end??
