Ok, can I buy the kids some sledges yet?

You may be very unpopular if you don't have them for Saturday afternoon onwards........

Me neither.....but thanks to my lack of coordination its prob for the best! Went on my friends sledge at school back in 1991, nearly broke my leg and not been on one since!

Blimey, this thread has grown!

Would someone please be kind enough to give me an update of what North West Kent can expect. I see the Daily Express is doing Yamkin style rampings!

Snow - maybe a dusting maybe 14 ft.

(But less likely on the last bit....... :winky: )

It seems Saturdays low continues to push further and further south on each run. That's why areas north of London are showing to remain dry/become dry on each run.

Some over on the Mod thread think its a good possibility that only the far south and Channel Islands will be affected by ppn Saturday. I hope they are wrong!

If it were mild rain I'm sure it would be pouring down outside my house all day! Always the way!

But, but, but I don't want a dusting. I want many inches so I can play in it all daycray.gif

I genuinely thought 'onions' was Surrey's new word for gridlocked!

Remember Saturday is just a taster. Fi is t90 and beyond sunday can and will continue to change.

Also, look at Gp's posts....the deep cold is 'due' after the 20th so anything before then could be considered as a bonus!

Will uckfield get any snow this weekend just want to know thanks

As above rolleyes.gif TBH, there is no way of knowing how much is going to fall until it starts piling up. I know it's difficult and some may see light snow or even none, some may get a lot more. You are just going to have to hang on tight until the radar starts showing and then get next to your favourite lamppost!

For the record, I sincerely hope everyone in here gets exactly what they want!

PPN might dont even reach the m4 according to the latest bbc news 24 weather update for Saturday

Yes, pretty much what I've been saying the past hour.

I expect it to get shunted even further south come this time tomorrow.

So close but no cigar for me... Hopefully I can get some snow showers Sunday
