Proper snow here -- nice medium-sized flakes now, a dusting on the grass. Temp -0.8 °C; steady as she goes!

Afternoon guys. Hope we all get the white stuf today. Birmingham is about 120m above sea level. According to google birmingham is the most snowy city in the wm. How true that is i have no idea.

It's started to snow here in Bromsgrove (Just south of Birmingham)

Temperature did go up briefly just ahead of the front now it's come down slightly thank god.

It's going to be an interesting evening in store I think.

As long as that DP is below 0c were fine. As you can see a long way to go before it goes above...if it does of course!

It has got a little darker here in Coventry and the breeze has picked up in the last hour or 2. However, no snow falling yet.

Very odd the snow/rain line at the moment. Places with quite some elevation with 'sleety mixes' etc, but the rest of us further down with snow all the way. Anyone care to explain?
